How to Place a Direct Mail Order

Getting started is easy:

  1. Log in to PrintingXpert.com.
  2. Select your product specifications and add the item to your shopping cart.
  3. In the shipping section of your cart, choose the "direct mail" option.

Let us know how you'd like us to handle the extra, unmailable pieces ("overs"). You can have them shipped to you, recycled, or picked up from our location.

Our Direct Mail Services Include:

  • Processing of one mailing list
  • Optional duplicate removal
  • CASS Certification to ensure address accuracy
  • Inkjet addressing
  • Presorting and delivery to USPS

Additional Information:

  • A one-time $85.00 fee applies for processing each mailing list. Additional lists or reprocessing will incur another $85.00 fee per list.
  • Extra charges apply for services like inserting, tabbing, or handling unmailable pieces.
  • Orders will mail within 1-3 business days after the scheduled ship date.

Postage Details:

The cost of postage for your mailing depends on the size, weight, and thickness of your printed materials, as well as the class of service you select (first-class or standard).

Postage Classes

  • First-Class Mail: Typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
  • Standard Mail: Delivered within 7-10 business days but can take up to 20 business days. Delivery times for standard mail are not guaranteed by USPS.

Mailing Sizes and Rates

  • Large Postcards up to 6 x 11 for custom sizes up to 6.125 x 11.5.
  • Flat-Class Mail: Approx. $0.618 each.
  • Standard Mail: Approx. $0.418 each.
  • Folded Brochures and Catalogs/Booklets may require tabbing or special handling.

How to Pay for Direct Mail Services

Once we receive your mailing list, the postage amount will appear on your My Account page, usually within 24 hours. Postage must be paid before the scheduled mailing date to avoid delays.
